Register Attendance 2026
Registrations is simple for the 2026 event, but here is some information you will need to know first:
- Have your registration number handy
- Have your contact details handy
- Know the role you are going to undertake
We are using the Scouts Victoria Events system to handle all of our signups for this year.
Importantly, for the second page there is an Additional Comments field. Please use this field to enter in your preferred role:
- Banner Carrying
- Shine Assistance (please specify - Wheelchair Assistance, Band Drinks tent, Banner Collection, Vehicle Escort, Event Counting Team)
- Pedestrian Control
- Administration Assistant
- Scout Welfare (SWORd)
- Observation Marshal
Please note that some roles have already been prefilled, and the requirements for some roles available in the information part of this website.
